Desperate: Best way to get normal erection and ejaculation

Dear Sir,
I am 38 years old. I do not get normal erection and ejaculation. I have tried masturbation and sex for a long time but without any success. I have occasional Nightfall, say once a week and this is the way my ejaculation has been taking place for the past 10 years.
Question 1: As per my understanding (after reading other comments on your site) this type of nightfall is not harmful since NF does not occur 3-4 times in a week or 2-3 times in a day.
Hence, I think I do not need to take NF cure capsules?
