Will Shilajit ES + Mast Mood solve Erection Problem

Hello Sir,
This is with reference to my earlier Question Title ”Desperate: Best way to get normal erection and ejaculation”.
I have checked your response and have one more question.
I am already having Shilajit ES and NF cure capsules (90 capsules each) with me.
As a result I do not want to invest currently in Booster or Musli strong capsule.
I have stopped using NF cure.
But, I am still taking Shilajit ES, 2 times a day (morning and night after breakfast and dinner). I am planning to purchase Mast Mood Oil.
Will this combination of Shilajit ES + Mast Mood Oil solve my problem?
Hope I am doing the right thing by stopping NF cure capsule?
